No: Due to current trade restrictions, newer Huawei devices (released after 2019) do not come with Google Mobile Services pre-installed. As our tracker's Android functionality relies on Google's Find My Device network, it is unfortunately not compatible with these newer Huawei models. It remains fully compatible with all other major Android brands running Android 9 or newer, and all compatible Apple devices.

How do i measure my pet's neck to make sure the collar fits?
Using a soft measuring tape, measure the circumference of your pet's neck. For a comfortable and secure fit, ensure you add 1-2 cm for a comfortable fit. If you can fit one or two fingers between the collar and your pet's neck, the size is perfect.
